Financial Policy

Payment in full is due at the time of service unless
special arrangements are made in advance.

In
order to minimize costs, we accept cash and checks. This
frees us from time consuming paperwork and tracking of
filed insurance claims.

We
will provide you with the appropriate paperwork (super
bill) if you would like to submit your bill to your
insurance company for reimbursement.
::
Many
companies cover acupuncture but you will have to check
with your individual policy.
Cancellation Policy
::
As a
courtesy to us and other patients, please make sure to
reschedule or cancel any appointments in advance. We want
to be able to keep our prices low but if we are unable to
fill slots for missed appointments we may have to
reevaluate the fee schedule.

Missed appointments, unless cancelled at least 24 hours in
advance will be charged in full except in cases of
emergency.
::
Patients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to
reschedule and may be asked to pay for the appointment in
full to accommodate other patrons.
::

scheduled appointments.
